Funeral arrangements have been made for our dearly departed staff person, Les S More, as all 144 lbs of him were put to rest this week, never to return! Although Les has been a dear friend to us all, his annoying habits of always hanging around and nagging us will not be missed. Although he was often a comfort to us, we realize that we truly can live without him!
Please take a moment to remember Les in silence, and then celebrate and rejoice because he has certainly gone to a better place, and we believe he would have wanted us to remember him that way…
CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE FOR COMMITTING 2B FIT!!!
Tim Howard was our “biggest loser” this week, taking off 9lbs!! Also, several ladies took off 7 lbs!! Way to go, everybody. Keep up the great work, and we’ll see you at the gym!

Hey John Bray and Nate the Great.....yes, we are grouping you in with the ladies when it comes to the seven pound remark. I bet you look good in a skirt. John and Nate...let's make a deal...if the staff can loose 100 lbs. by next week...you have to wear a skirt to the office.

Did I hear that Tim Howard was "The BIGGEST LOSER" this week? May I remind you his team color IS GREEN!!!
