Congragulations Vikki! The first one in the spinning class from staff....not only did she survive the one hour ride.....she had a great time being highly motivated by BIG RED's Coach....CATHY.

Oh Vikki........after the spin class tonight, I totally understand why the caption is "Vikki Survived"! I don't know if I will get out of bed tomorrow!!! GO BIG RED!
